OUR TASK
A new era of food culture has dawned in Nuwara Eliya. Something completely different. Tourists know our kind of food and will order it, but we think locals will love it too.
We deliberately do not offer Sri Lankan dishes, but all our ingredients are locally produced. This is our way of showing that the diversity of Sri Lankan food does not have to be limited to rice and curry. The recipes of our dishes originate almost exclusively from Germany, but are very popular worldwide. Our menu is manageable, but offers a good variety of the most popular and quick to prepare dishes in Germany, often also offered in snack stands.

We have a comprehensive & exclusive menu but it is easy for you to make a choice.
We have 5 main types of dishes:
1. Shashlik (kebab)
Variations: pork fillet, beef fillet, chicken breast, and
jumbo prawns
2. Döner Kebab (thinly sliced pieces of meat)
Variations: pork fillet and chicken breast
3. Schnitzel (breaded thin steaks)

specialities Chicken Cordon Bleu &
Leberkäse (finest Pork Meat Loaf)
4. Curry Wurst (grilled sausage cut into slices) Pork &

5. Steaks (Beef, Pork & Chicken)
The weight of meat or fish in each dish is approximately 200g. Each type comes with a specially developed sauce and you can choose between French Fries, Fried Potatoes, Noodles and Basmati Rice as a side dish.
